I developed, and mastered the core techniques and practices, of Solid Ground, during an arduous journey to heal numerous escalating health crisis – brought about by the vast physiological imbalances, and neurological damage, associated with complex post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic anxiety … and the medication prescribed to treat them.
My intimate and personal experiences brings passion, wisdom, unique perspective, and the ability to authentically relate to the needs of my clients and students. And I offer them gentle, compassionate, non-judgemental and nurturing support … in an emotionally, physically and psychologically safe container.
